Who doesn't love a bit of Yoga to freshen up and de-stress after a long week in the office? Here are some ways to liven up your Yoga routine.

From moving to disco or Madonna to bringing your dog along for the ride, here are five EXTRA ways to Yoga in London.

Want something a little different for your next Yoga session? Anti-Gravity Yoga sees you suspended in a 'hammock' from the ceiling as you try out your favourite moves. They say it is easier than 'traditional' yoga as the hammock supports you in your poses, but you are required to be more physically fit to take on the more advanced poses. If you want to take your sessions to new heights, classes are available at multiple locations across London.

Get your swimming costume on for this one, as here you take to the water for your Yoga Session. FloatFit sees you balancing on boards on the water, whilst still trying out your favourite moves. Classes are on offer across the capital, with one at the Olympic Park too - half an hour will cost you £35.

If you want 'Yoga moves to Disco grooves' then Disco Yoga is the perfect next step for you. Weekly classes are currently on offer in both Shoreditch and Peckham - and you get the chance to glitter up before you get work. There's even a special 'Jungle Boogie' session for your kids involved with too! Tickets for the hour cost £16.

This new form of Yoga combines with 80's drag craze 'Voguing' - the dance move brought to the world by Madonna. If you see yourself as the present day material girl, classes in Hackney start from £9.

Do you see your dog as a Yoga icon? You've heard of the downward-facing dog, but Doga is the latest trend to be hitting the city. They say it can help both owner and pet alike relax and calm down by 'enhancing your symbiotic relationship'. If you don't want your dog missing out on your Yoga workout, classes in Camden and Shoreditch cost £22.50.
