Green Tea and Blueberry Smoothie Recipe

Green Tea is a great source of antioxidant so we thought why not add it to a smoothie and you all agreed. Green tea won by 64% on our Facebook poll against sweet potato.

So we tried out this green tea and blueberry smoothie recipe and it was delicious! So here's a tutorial:
Music:
Ingredients:
1 green tea bag 1 tsp honey
3 Tbsp boiling water 1/2 banana 1/4 cup calcium fortified light
soy milk
Handful of blueberries
Directions:
1. Add the blueberries, milk, banana, honey to the blending cup.
2. Add tea bag to cup and add boiling water into a cup and allow to brew.
3. Add the green tea to the blending cup.
4. Blend ingredients until smooth and enjoy!
