Is this the best new way to get fit in London?

Rabble is a fitness phenomenon with several locations across London. Their sessions are based on your favourite playground games - with a little bit of 'HIIT' thrown in for good measure.
Say YES to 'HIIT'!
Doing '30 seconds on, 30 seconds off' gets tedious after a while. But we do it because this ‘HIIT’ thing is supposedly quick, efficient and effective.
Well Rabble have the answer!
For one hour you will make friends, get fit and complete a HIIT workout without even realising it was hidden in the game.
British Bulldogs, anyone?
A session might involve a game of British Bulldogs, Dodgeball or Frisbee.
The Hunger Games? They play that too. Games that you thought were limited to the school playground – well - they’re all played at Rabble.
Rabble even claim that you can burn up to 800 calories in a single game and cover up to 8k.
ARE YOU SERIOUS? YES PLEASE?!

For the Sceptics
You might consider yourself an athlete and feel wary about this.
Where are the weights? Where are the cardio machines? How can I be pushed to the max in a group of all abilities and strengths?
Well here is where Rabble X comes in. These games aim to work you harder and push you even further.
Rabble was created by an ex-international triathlete, after all!
The Social Spirit
Just as you thought this couldn’t get any more appealing, Rabble pride themselves on their community.
'The Rabble social club is for fun-loving adventurous souls. We take the Rabble spirit everywhere we go, from muddy paint-balling to glamorous black tie.' Rabble

They describe themselves as a ‘close knit, super inclusive family’. After a standard session, they quite often go for a drink.
Seriously, why not consider ditching your friends and just setting up base with this gang?
