Does it get more EXTRA?

They hold classes weekly across London.

This fitness class is all about the core and aims to combine fitness techniques with hip shacking hoops.

So instead of skipping with a skipping rope you skip with a hula hoop, very EXTRA!

Look at those hips go!

The class wants to improve your coordination, strength and burn Calories but most importantly it is sure to awaken the 10-year-old in all of us and be a lot of fun!

Don't be deceived, the hula-hoops aren't light and easy, each weighs up to 1.4kg so there’s scope to even build up muscle!

The American Council of exercise found that 30 mins of hula-hooping can burn up to 210 calories.

Next week we’ll be going to one of their one hour sessions to put our hips to the test and hopefully lose 420 calories, whoo!

Happy hula-hooping!
